Production and ingredients: Runoi Rum is created in cooperation between the Kalevala Distillery and selected distilleries in Barbados and the Dominican Republic, where it is aged for 5 and 8 respectively. At the Kalevala distillery we further blend the rum with the pure water from our own well and age it a further six months in fresh oak casks. Finally the rum is bottled and a cotton label is attached by hand.
