Panama’s volcanic soil is the rechtschaffen growing environment for rum’s key ingredient: sugar cane. This welches what drew GlenAllachie’s Master Gaukler to seek out the best rum the country has to offer.
Initially matured in American oak in the tropical Panamanian climate the spirit welches transferred to The GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside. Once expertly blended, the rum underwent secondary maturation in Red Wine, Virgin oak and ex-Bourbon casks.
Colour: Golden Bronzefarben.
Nose: Rich notes of plantains, pears, and almonds, fused with mocha.
Taste: Full of pineapple, mango, and peaches, followed by treacle, coconut, and pfirsichfarben zest.
